Questions, answered
What is the difference between a package and a custom quote?
Packages have a fixed scope and a fixed price, so you can buy them straight away. If your project doesn't fit one, send a message and I'll write a custom quote.
How do project deposits work?
For custom work, once you accept a quote you pay a deposit through Whop checkout. The deposit reserves your place in my schedule and covers the scoping and planning work. The remaining balance is agreed in the written quote before you pay, and it is tied to milestones or delivery.
What if my project needs more than the package includes?
Before work starts we confirm the scope in writing. Anything beyond it is quoted separately and only goes ahead once you agree.
How many revisions do I get?
Revision rounds are stated in your scope before work begins. Logo and brand identity includes unlimited revisions on the direction you choose.
Can you work with tools I already use?
Usually, yes. I connect email, forms, spreadsheets, Notion, CRMs and payment services through their APIs and through n8n.
